DR. YACHANA GUPTA did her graduation and post graduation from the prestigious Post Graduate Institute of medical sciences, Rohtak ( Haryana). After completing her M.S. in Ophthalmology in 2004 she went for IOL and SICS training in Rajasthan.
After that she joined SGHC hospital Sohana (Mohali) in Punjab. After working for an year she joined as ophthalmic surgeon at Rotary Eye Hospital Dhussara (Una) an Undertaking of The Palampur Rotary Eye Foundation in 2006 and in between she did her Phaco training from Shroff eye hospital Delhi. Because of her good clinical acumen, excellent surgical skills and sincerity & hard work she was promoted from post of ophthalmic surgeon to Sr. ophthalmic surgeon, then to Chief Ophthalmic surgeon. After having worked as Deputy Director for two years she resigned to start her own hospital at Pinjore. She has more than 17 years of experience and she is an expert in cataract surgery Phaco /SICS.
She has done more than 20,000 cataract surgeries. Besides Cataract she has treated and operated many Glaucoma patients. She has also done many lid and pterygium surgeries. With an intention of serving people of her own hometown she came back to Pinjore.

Then she chose Kaya Chikitsa for her M.D. in RG.
